My professional qualifications include a diverse collection of business practice in a variety of fields. My experience includes needs analysis, program design, implementation, and evaluation to improve employee outcomes and skill sets, and increase revenues. In addition, I had full responsibility of an organization’s operations to meet budgetary forecasts, staffing needs, customer expectations, and corporate parent company standards. Further, in my roles as an analyst, operations manager, and corporate trainer, I used my communication, leadership, and organization skills to lead teams to operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction; this included creation and execution of training and development programs.
My academic qualifications include my college degrees being in Management from AACSB-accredited institutions.
